email@example.com Kathryn discovered rowing and LOCR in 2010 when her son, then a high school sophomore, joined the Youth Team. She began volunteering for the team and the following summer became much more involved when she began work on re-doing the LOCR website and joined the Board of Directors. That summer she and her daughter also participated in Learn to Row Day; her daughter joining the Youth Team shortly thereafter and Kathryn going on to take a Learn to Row class, joining Masters and beginning to compete in local and regional regattas.
Kathryn has been actively involved in LOCR as a parent, an athlete and a board member, taking on larger roles in LOCR, both administratively and strategically. She has 20+ years experience in corporate sales, training and management, having begun her career in pharma and later to information technology. She is the proud parent to two great kids, Aaron and Olivia, both who rowed with LOCR for three years, competing at the local and national level.
