Programs include developmental middle school rowing, a competitive high school team, and summer camps. No prior experience is required and anyone can learn!
Middle School Rowing is an introduction to the sport, for 7th and 8th graders and is offered each fall and spring season. This is a non-competitive program, with practices held a few days each week, during the first several weeks of the season. Rowers can repeat the program or join the High School Team their freshman year.
The High School Competitive Team is for 9th-12th graders, and new and experienced rowers are welcome (Middle School rowing is not a prerequisite). Practice is currently held in 90' blocks in singles. We are managing to put out around 36 people a day in out fleet of singles.
Fall rowing will be a modified system of on land squad sessions and singles rowing. Details are still being worked out.
