LEVEL 3 -Intermediate -
LOCR strongly believes that a teenager’s future athletic potential is limitless if they are willing to work hard. While prior experience in rowing will certainly be helpful, it is not required so long as the athlete promises to work his/her hardest. This is what the Intermediate class is all about. This group will take the basics from the beginner class and allow you to work on honing those skills. Learn drills to cultivate balance, suspension, full body coordination and self awareness within the boat. If you were on the Novice team at any point in 2019/2020 this is the team for you to start in.
