Leo Pedrosa is a dedicated fitness professional from Mendoza, Argentina where he was an elite rower for the Argentine National Rowing and Olympic teams, captain of the National White-Water Rafting team, and an acclaimed personal trainer. With over 20 years experience as a fitness and wellness expert, Leo's goal is to bring innovative and effective physical fitness methods and opportunities to individuals, organizations, and communities dedicated to the improvement of health, longevity, and quality of life.
Over the years, Leo has been able to further hone his skills and strengths as a fitness educator and trainer, developing the iRowing Method (original and patented Indoor Rowing Training Method), conducting boot camps, rowing clinics and races, developing individualized fitness programs for a wide population of clients of all ages and fitness levels, and becoming a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Corrective Exercise Continuum Expert, collaborating with gyms in Santa Cruz, CA, San Francisco, CA and Portland, OR to bring innovative and fun fitness activities open to all ages and levels. Leo is excited to make a long-lasting contribution to Lake Oswego Community Rowing and continue his growth as a collaborative rowing instructor and fitness and wellness educator.
