Are you interested in trying a new way to exercise? RowFit is a low impact, efficient way to get fit and have fun! Our 50 minute classes combine a mixture of rowing on our Concept2 rowing machines, plus body weight exercises, stretching, and using foam rollers.
The workouts will combine a mixture of intervals and rowing technique training to keep it interesting. Rowing is a great total-body workout that combines strength, endurance, and flexibility. You don’t need to work out for hours on a rowing machine to get in a great workout!
Class sizes are small, with no more than 10 people in a class, allowing for personalization of the workout and still giving you a great team experience. With the small class size we can accommodate any age, ability, or fitness level.
Our coaches are experienced rowers to help you row with proper rowing technique and have a great workout. The RowFit Head Coach, Leo Pedroso, has years of experience teaching indoor rowing classes in the US and in his home in Argentina. Check out his bio page for more information on Leo.
