MASTERS ROWING
.Competitive and Fitness Rowing for Experienced Adult Rowers
Whether you are an adult rower seeking to compete in and win regattas or simply looking to leverage the full body workout and mental challenge provided by rowing in a competitive atmosphere, we encourage you to join our masters sweep rowing and sculling program. LOCR masters includes post-collegiate rowers, athletes who were introduced to the sport at other clubs, and individuals who have completed Learn to Row through LOCR. If you're looking to test yourself physically and mentally in a supportive and team-focused environment with aspirations to compete at the highest level, we'd love to get to know you.
Masters practice and train under the supervision and direction of our masters coaches. During the spring, summer and fall we are on the water, with a focus on boat skills and speed. Winter season is dry land practice, and the focus is on strength training and conditioning. Members of our masters team are the best and we will work to bring rowing opportunities outside of the regular schedule.
On the water practice times are on Monday/Wednesday/Friday at:
5:15 - 7:00 am
Sessions sign-ups are handled on iCrew.
Registration is through LOPR
